We’re committing to action for gender and racial justice.
Gather in community and learn about how we ensure everyone – particularly women of color – is able to live in a country that respects our bodies, values our work, and supports our families.

You have unique strengths to bring to this moment. We’ll help you connect your personal transformation to the social transformation we’re fighting for.
We know stepping into your power can feel daunting. We get it, and we’re here to support you in your leadership journey. Feel the power of taking action together, with one another, in community.
No long essay questions. Just take a minute to tell us some basics about yourself. Once you’ve applied, you should hear from one of our Supermajority staff within two weeks on next steps for joining our teach-ins and meeting fellow Majority Leaders.
Supermajority Education Fund’s Majority Leaders program will cover how to build political power, how to center women of color in our leadership, the Majority Rules, how to lead with our values, and what practical next steps we can take to grow the movement. Along the way, we will hear from leading activists and organizers who will give us tangible examples and lessons.
Majority Leaders runs for seven weeks and consists of one-hour virtual teach-ins every Tuesday night at 8pm ET, starting May 4 and ending June 15.
Fill out the (short!) application here. We will be accepting applications on a rolling basis. The application period opens 3/22 and closes on 4/26 at 5 p.m. ET.
It’s free! It just costs your time – which we know is so very precious, and we promise to use wisely!
If you are accepted into the Majority Leaders program, you’ll be expected to attend our welcome and orientation on May 4th, our graduation ceremony on June 15th, and complete at least four out of the five weekly one-hour webinars (in real time or viewing the recording of the webinar). You’ll also be asked to submit weekly leadership challenges along the way (1 hour max per week) and join our online community via Slack.

Yes. We at Supermajority Education Fund are fully committed to the most inclusive understanding of women. For many of us our gender is as expansive as our vision for the world we want to live in. Thus when we say women, we are including trans women, femmes, gender non-conforming folks, two-spirit, and anyone else who identifies with women. Young women of color (who are 18+) are strongly encouraged to apply.
