Grace Caldara is the Community Engagement Associate on Supermajority’s Community Engagement team. She supports the management, engagement and community education of the organization’s associated Facebook group of over 3+ million members, working to elevate personal stories and lived experiences from women from across the country that are grounded in the Majority Rules. She manages a team of highly trained, and dedicated group of moderators and volunteers who work to de-escalate arguments, facilitate challenging discussions, and educate community members on racism, equity and justice in our online community. Prior to Supermajority, Grace was a scientist and an adjunct professor. Most recently, she was the Director of Engagement for the Pantsuit Nation Foundation and she was a writing contributor to the Pantsuit Nation book.. She received her BS from Boston College and her MS and Ph.D. from University of California, Irvine. When she’s not chasing her kids you can find her reading a book or planning the next beach vacation.
